The WIAA–FinalForms partnership delivers innovative tools to member schools, enhancing data governance, sharing, and integrations with partners such as the WPA Network. All WIAA schools will continue to access reporting features at no cost, while FinalForms customers benefit from simplified, streamlined reporting.
Starting with the 2023-2024 school year, Scholastic Award information will be entered into FinalForms. Detailed instructions are as follows:
SUBMIT GPA BY TEAM
- Login to FinalForms
- Click MANAGE > SPORTS
- Click the EXPORT button in any Sport’s row
- Select ‘WIAA Scholastic Awards’
- Input information in the required boxes
NOTE: This information will be pre-populated if a) you imported GPA b) you managed GPA per Student for more than 50% of your students. - Click SUBMIT
MANAGE GPA BY ATHLETE*
*IMPORTANT: NOT REQUIRED – this option only allows automated computing of Team GPAs above
- Login to FinalForms
- Click MANAGE > SPORTS
- Click the ROSTER for a team
- Select MODE: ELIGIBILITY above the roster
- Click the CLOCK ICON (also for Physicals) in any student’s row
- Locate the ‘Athlete GPA for WIAA Scholastic Awards’ and input GPA
- Click UPDATE ELIGIBILITY
